Timea founded PAS Consulting in 2004 in San Francisco, California. Her knack at getting the job done and problem solving has laid the foundation for what PAS Consulting has become today. Clients have often told Timea she has succeeded after others were not able to. She holds a Masters in Business from Regent University with a Major in Finance. She enjoys spending time with her husband Ben, their 4 sons and their awesome german shorthair pointer.

Lauren has been with PAS Consulting since 2020. She brings over 10 years of experience in various accounting functions. She holds a Masters degree from the University of North Texas and is a licensed CPA. When she's not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and dogs, or hiding her nose in a good book.

Jerilyn completed a Bachelor's degree in accounting with the Professional Accounting Certificate from CSU, Chico. She was selected and attended the EY's International Intern Leadership Conference in Orlando. Jerilyn enjoys traveling and playing the piano.

She is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and holds a Master degree in Library Science and Associate degree in Accounting. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and 2 kids.

Dana has been with PAS Consulting since 2013. When we take over an entire accounting department Dana will likely be at the heart of it. With experience in both bookkeeping and HR she is a delight to work with and has worked with training staff for many years. She enjoys spending time with her family and dog.

Amanda received her bachelors degree from North Dakota State University. She brings over 7 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payables, and collections to the PAS team. Amanda loves curling up with a good book, being outdoors, and spending time with her husband and 4 kids.

Sian spent more than 20 years as a military spouse, which refined her natural ability to organize chaos and adapt to ever-changing financial situations as a matter of survival. During that time, she moved 11 times,
visited more than 25 countries, bought and sold more than a dozen cars, and completed an associates degree
in history while simultaneously homeschooling two children, and caring for four cats, a dog, and a
constantly-gone husband. Sian has lived in Boerne, Texas since they retired in 2019, where she manages the
new client inquiries for PAS consulting. As our new client specialist, she’s likely one of the first people contacting you or behind the scenes to make sure you have the best experience possible.
